Shaft Dimensions

Minimum shaft size of 1600×1800 mm for standard 8-person cabin. MRL models save additional machine room space — no separate room required.

POWER

Three-Phase Supply

Three-phase 415V, 50Hz supply required. Regenerative drive feeds surplus power back to building grid — reducing energy bills significantly.

CIVIL

Pit & Overhead

Pit depth of 1200–1500 mm and overhead clearance of 4200–4500 mm required. RCC shaft construction recommended for high-rise installations.

CAPACITY

Persons per Trip

Models carry 13 to 20 persons per trip (1000 KG to 2000 KG). We calculate capacity based on your building's peak-hour footfall requirements.

MRL lifts house the drive motor inside the shaft itself — eliminating the need for a separate machine room. This saves 8–12 sq m of building space and is now the preferred option for all new high-rise commercial construction.

Our gearless traction lifts serve up to 32 floors at speeds up to 4.0 m/s. For buildings above 15 floors, we recommend adding destination control systems for maximum efficiency and reduced waiting times.

Our lifts are equipped with ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) which automatically moves the cabin to the nearest floor and opens doors during a power cut — ensuring passengers are never trapped inside the elevator.

Yes. The energy regeneration drive and PMSM motor technology qualify these lifts for IGBC and LEED green building rating points. We provide all required energy consumption certificates for your green building submission.
